Wedding Stories terms

Last updated August 30, 2026. By using Wedding Stories, you agree to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Who may use the appAdults age 18 or olderYou must be legally able to agree to these terms and operate the app as an adult. Wedding Stories does not request child photos or create child accounts. Do not upload a child's photo or use the app to create a child's likeness.

Your photos and instructionsUse content you own or have permission to useYou represent that both partners and every photographed adult agreed to the use of their image and likeness, and that you have permission to use each optional pet photo, wedding photo, name, description, and other detail you provide. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.

Toast recordingsRecord only where you are legally permittedThe toast feature is designed for openly delivered wedding speeches, one speaker at a time, and can also import a recording made elsewhere. You are responsible for following applicable recording, privacy, venue, and sharing rules. Do not use the app for hidden surveillance, to fabricate missing speech, or to imitate another person's voice.

Toast memoriesYou approve what enters the storyTranscripts and extracted memories can be imperfect. You must choose Use, finish an Edit, or choose Ignore for every suggested memory. Only used or edited text is eligible to enter the story instructions. Uncertain transcript words are marked instead of deliberately guessed.

Human likeness and AI outputReview before printing or sharingGenerated faces, clothing, events, wording, and visual details may be inaccurate or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the finished book before sharing, publishing, or printing it. Do not use Wedding Stories to impersonate a public figure, create a nonconsensual likeness, deceive others, or present AI-generated imagery or narration as documentary evidence.

Page creditsOne credit creates one illustrated pageCredits are consumed when illustration begins for a book. Credits already granted do not expire. Reading, local story edits, local saving, narration playback, PDF export, private-book sharing, and narrated-video export do not consume additional page credits.

AI-picture exportA separate one-credit unlock for personal albumsThe fictional Emma and Jack sample allows free picture export. The first export of AI-generated cover and page images from a personal finished album uses one page credit and permanently unlocks picture export for that album. Later picture exports from that same album do not use another credit.

SubscriptionsCredits are added at each paid renewalWeekly, monthly, and yearly Storyteller plans renew automatically until canceled in your Apple Account. The app shows the localized price, renewal period, and page credits before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal if you do not want the next period.

One-time packsNo subscription requiredSix-, 12-, and 24-page packs are consumable one-time App Store purchases. Apple-signed transaction records are used to add each pack once and maintain the server-authoritative page balance.

Billing and refundsHandled by AppleApple processes App Store payment, cancellation, subscription management, and refund requests under its rules. GQ Bunny Software does not receive your App Store card details and cannot directly alter an Apple charge.

SharingYou control the recipientsWedding Stories provides private file, image, video, and PDF exports through Apple's share sheet. You are responsible for choosing appropriate recipients and for obtaining any permission required before distributing another person's likeness, recorded speech, personal story, or wedding photographs.

Printed booksA separate physical-goods purchaseIf you order a printed keepsake, the app shows the book price, delivery, and estimated tax before opening Square's secure checkout. Square handles payment and Lulu manufactures and ships the book. Print orders are separate from Apple page credits and subscriptions. Personalized goods may have limited cancellation or return rights except where required by law or when an item is defective; contact support promptly if an order has a problem.

AvailabilityInternet and third-party services are required for creationStory, illustration, and uncached narration generation depend on network access and service-provider availability. Completed local books and cached narration may be read offline. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse abusive or unsafe requests.

ChangesTerms may be updatedMaterial changes will be reflected by a new date on this page and, when appropriate, in the app or App Store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
