Purchases
Name, email, product, and order status
Checkout records are used to deliver your download, create activation codes, verify purchases, and provide support. Payment card details are handled by Square and are not stored by this website.
Activation
Purchase email and activation code
Downloadable tools use the purchase email and activation code to unlock access. Purchase records may include product name, version, purchase time, and activation status for resend and update support.
Updates
Product updates and optional GQ Bunny news
Paid customer records are kept so GQ Bunny can resend downloads, confirm activation codes, provide support, and send product update notices for items you bought. If you choose the checkout email option, GQ Bunny may also send occasional product news or offers. You can reply unsubscribe or contact support to stop optional marketing emails.
Trials
Free app downloads and trial status
Music tool downloads are not gated by a website name or email form. When an app trial starts, the app sends GQ Bunny the product, app version, optional email, and a hashed device identifier so deleting and reinstalling the app does not restart the trial. The raw Mac identifier is not stored by this website.
Support
Support form details
If you contact support, the form saves the information needed to respond, including your name, email, selected product, message, and basic request details.
App files
Your files stay on your computer by default
Simple Music Editor works with audio files you select on your computer. Playlist Downloader works with links and output folders you choose. If an app uses a third-party service such as YouTube, Spotify, Facebook, Square, or an account you sign into yourself, that service may handle data under its own privacy terms.
Live Cue Player
Your scripts, projects, cue points, and imported audio stay on your device
Live Cue Player does not require an account, collect analytics, track you, or upload your scripts and music to GQ Bunny. Files are opened only when you choose them through Apple Music or Files. Bluetooth and AirPlay routing are handled by iPadOS. If you contact support, only the information you choose to send is used to respond.
Tracking
No advertising analytics
This store is not currently using ad tracking, behavioral advertising, or resale of customer information. Server logs and purchase records are used for security, delivery, and support.
