Pet Storybook terms

Last updated August 13, 2026. By using Pet Storybook, you agree to these terms and Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Who may use the appAdults age 18 or olderYou must be legally able to agree to these terms and operate the app as an adult. Pet Storybook accepts a reference photo showing only the pet; it does not request photos of children or other people. An adult may optionally add limited text details about a person or family to personalize a private story. If those details identify someone under 18, you represent that you are their parent or guardian or have permission to use those details.

Your photos and instructionsUse content you have permission to useYou represent that you own or have permission to upload each pet photo and to use the names and details you provide. If you add a setting, enter only a street name without a house number, city or town, and state or region—never a full address. Do not upload or enter unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or privacy-invasive content.

Review before useAI output can be imperfectPet Storybook saves and opens the generated book without a pre-save editing step. You are responsible for reviewing the finished story and illustrations before printing, publishing, or sharing them. Generated details may be inaccurate or inconsistent and should not be treated as factual advice.

Page creditsOne credit creates one illustrated pageCredits are consumed when illustration begins for a book. Credits already granted do not expire. Reading, local saving, narration playback, PDF export, and sharing a completed book do not consume additional page credits.

SubscriptionsCredits are added at each paid renewalWeekly, monthly, and yearly Storyteller plans renew automatically until canceled in your Apple Account. The app shows the localized price, renewal period, and page credits before purchase. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal if you do not want the next period.

One-time packsNo subscription requiredSix-, 12-, and 24-page packs are consumable one-time App Store purchases. Apple-signed transaction records are used to add each pack once and to maintain the server-authoritative page balance.

Billing and refundsHandled by AppleApple processes payment, cancellation, subscription management, and refund requests under App Store rules. GQ Bunny Software does not receive card details and cannot directly alter an Apple charge.

AvailabilityInternet and third-party services are required for creationStory, illustration, and uncached narration generation depend on network access and service-provider availability. Completed local books and cached narration may be read offline. We may rate-limit, suspend, or refuse abusive or unsafe requests.

Printed booksA separate physical-goods purchaseIf you order a printed keepsake, the app shows the book price, delivery, and estimated tax before opening Square's secure checkout. Square handles payment and Lulu manufactures and ships the book. Print orders are separate from Apple page credits and subscriptions. Personalized goods may have limited cancellation or return rights except where required by law or when an item is defective; contact support promptly if an order has a problem.

ChangesTerms may be updatedMaterial changes will be reflected by a new date on this page and, when appropriate, in the app or App Store listing. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
