Mac requires macOS 13 or newer. The Windows edition requires 64-bit Windows 10 or 11 and a compatible virtual MIDI loopback output. Both editions require current Serato DJ Pro, compatible Serato hardware, and the computer and iPhone/iPad on the same private Wi-Fi network. Mac includes a one-click verified Serato preset installer; Windows retains guided MIDI mapping. The Windows edition is Authenticode-signed and securely timestamped by GQ Bunny Software.Product result
What it does
Use one green Play button that turns yellow and says Pause while music is running, plus permanent Advance and Stop controls.
Advance loads and starts the next prepared song. Load Track places the highlighted library song on the selected deck without starting it.
On Mac, click Install Serato Preset once. The installer uses its own GQ Bunny Remote file, backs up an older same-name preset, and never changes AUTO_SAVE.xml or the REV7 mapping.
Choose the universal Mac companion for Apple Silicon and Intel or the self-contained Windows 10/11 x64 companion.
Choose Deck 1 or Deck 2, then route every transport command and wedding-script cue to that deck.
Paste the wedding script into the companion and send it to every paired iPhone or iPad. The song title and permanent Advance button stay above the script.
Use [NO SONG] for people who enter under the current song. Those rows stay light and non-triggering.
The companion creates the local remote address and pairing code. Mac provides its MIDI control, while Windows sends to the compatible virtual MIDI output you select.

How Cue Remote works
Choose the Mac or Windows PC companion and start the same 7-day trial inside the app.
On Mac, open the companion before Serato, click Install Serato Preset, then enable the GQ Bunny virtual device, choose GQ Bunny Remote, and click Load once in Serato Setup → MIDI. Keep REV7 hardware remapping off. On Windows, follow the included guided MIDI setup.
Put the computer and iPhone or iPad on the same private Wi-Fi, scan the QR code, pair once, and add Cue Remote to the Home Screen.
Choose the deck, load the prepared crate, and test Play/Pause, Advance, Stop, and Load Track before the event.
Run introductions from the full-screen Wedding Script while Serato DJ Pro remains on the computer. One purchase and activation works with both Mac and Windows.
